TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT SCHULZ BY CROWD

At Schulz by Crowd it is always our goal to act fairly and to be as helpful as possible towards our customers, even when an item must be exchanged or returned. You can significantly help us minimize the processing time of your inquiries by following a few guidelines.

DELIVERY: HOW QUICKLY IS MY ORDER PROCESSED?

We will be process and ship your order within 1-3 business days, assuming that the item is in stock.

DELIVERY

In Denmark, the shipment is handled by GLS.

PAYMENT

The payment will be deducted from your debit card or charged to your credit card when the item is shipped from us.

PAYMENT SECURITY

At Schulz by Crowd, we maintain a very high level of payment security. When ordering from our webshop, we do not personally process credit card information we use a Danish approved payment service provider. We do not store any credit card information.

WHAT IF YOU ARE SUBJECTED TO CREDIT CARD FRAUD?

If, unexpectedly, you discover your credit card has been used fraudulently, you should immediately contact your bank (card provider). As a consumer, you are not liable if you have acted reasonably and in accordance with your bank's guidelines.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Is the size not quite right or is there anything else that does not meet your expectations? It’s okay: you have 30 days to return the item in order to receive a full refund. Read more in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

COMPLAINTS

Notification of damage, error or defects must be made within 2 months of delivery. Read more in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

I case of disagreement, you can submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. You can submit a claim online through Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus

At Schulz by Crowd, we are committed to protecting our customers' transactions and information. Therefore, we will never disclose your private information to external parties who are not directly owned by or affiliated with Schulz by Crowd.

In order to process your order, we require specific personal information such as name and address. This information is only used to manage your order.

PRICES: DANISH GOODS & SERVICES TAX (VAT)

All stated prices include Danish VAT. For transactions with customers outside of Denmark, VAT may be deducted upon request in accordance with applicable rules.
