RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

FULL REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS

Is the size not quite right or is there anything else that does not meet your expectations? It’s okay: you have 30 days to return the item in order to receive a full refund. Simply ensure that you return the item in the same condition in which you received it. You are welcome to try on the clothing items or accessories when you first receive them, but please return it with all tags still attached so that it looks as good as new.

IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG OR DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT?

Notification of damage, error or defects must be made within 2 months of delivery. Please return the item as soon as you have notified us.

WARRANTY                    

As a customer, you have a 24-month warranty that covers you if the purchased item falls apart. However, it is a prerequisite that the product has not fallen apart due to misuse (e.g. wearing it incorrectly) or other damaging behavior.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS - IMPORTANT!

1. Send us an email via the contact form on our website with a few lines describing which item you want to return and why.

PROCESSING TIME

From the time we receive the returned item, allow up to 10 days for the money to be refunded back into your account.

REFUND OF MONEY

Refunded amounts will be transferred back to the same credit or debit card you used when placing the order.

SHIPPING COSTS: WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN SHIPMENT?

For a full refund within 30 days, you must pay for the return freight yourself. For damaged items upon receipt or items that have fallen apart within 24 months, we will additionally refund your shipping costs.
